A PFD can be a lifesaver when stand-up paddling. And because the one from RESTUBE is really comfortable and reliable, I always carry it with me.
I spend a lot of time paddling in Switzerland, where a CE-certified swimming aid is mandatory at 300 metres from shore. I like the fact that the PFD by RESTUBE is so compact and it simply provides safety. I think safety on the water is important in general. No matter how experienced you are, you can never predict exactly what will happen and when.
As I like to cover long distances on Lake Constance with my stand up paddle, I need a CE-certified buoyancy aid. Unlike a life jacket, the Restube PFD gives me much more freedom of movement.
Being prepared for the unexpected can be life or death for a rescuer and the victim. On a board or on the beach, Coaching or Guarding, I know that with the Safety Buoy I always have a rescue flotation device a split second away in any conditions.
